Association updates: exhibitors, sponsor accounting, membership pricing and GrowthZone parity

Exhibitors as a first-class event tab, sponsor due-versus-paid with what the money was for, registrations priced from membership, per-registration invoices, and the notifications and reports an association moving off GrowthZone expects.

  • Exhibitors are a first-class tab on an event, not a second structure bolted onto sponsors.
  • Sponsors show pledged, paid and outstanding, the level actually sold, and a click-through history with the event type per sponsorship.
  • Registrations are priced from the attendee's membership and can be edited; the event summary splits money by attendees, sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Per-registration invoice PDFs, transfer notes, a staff note, and a resend-class-details email with an audit row per send.
  • Event policies and terms on the form, shown on the overview and merged into the details email.
  • Contracts: a visibility gate by named people, a GL code, payment method, autopay and frequency, and one renewal reminder ten days out.
  • Staff notifications and report templates for GrowthZone parity, including the two GrowthZone Pay types in Stripe terms.
