+Can we keep our existing payment processor?
Yes. We integrate with Stripe, ACH partners and the accounting system you already use. Nothing has to be ripped out.
+What about CE compliance?
Per-state CE credits are tracked at the event and at the member. NPN capture is wired in for insurance associations, and CE certificates email on their own after attendance.
+Can members self-serve?
Yes. The Member Hub is a full portal: update info, pay dues, register for events, see CE history, browse and redeem benefits. Sign-in is a magic link, so there's no password to forget.
+We have multiple chapters. How does that work?
Chapters are a core object, with their own rosters, dues, events, chairs and reporting, and everything rolls up to the state or national org.
+Do you support carrier partnerships and sponsor management?
Yes. Sponsor tiers, two-way carrier partnerships, sponsored events and sponsor benefits are all modeled directly in the system.
