PDF editor: images, formatting, and save straight to Documents

Insert, move and resize images, apply bold, italic and underline to added and inline-edited text, keep edits across page changes, and save the result into Documents instead of downloading it.

The PDF editor now covers the things people actually do to a form before it goes out. Insert an image and place, move, resize from any corner, or delete it. Format added and inline-edited text with bold, italic and underline. Inline edits survive page changes.

Save writes into Documents: the first save creates the document and later saves replace it, so the client record holds the current version. Download is separate. The editor has its own sidebar entry, a tab on the Documents hub, a Cmd+K command, and an Edit action on any document in the list.
