Policy Check and Proposal Builder: catch the binding error before it becomes an E&O claim
Policy Check reconciles the expiring policy, the carrier quote, the issued policy and your own AMS record four ways, ranks what it finds, drafts the carrier email and writes the fix back in one click. Proposal Builder turns a carrier quote PDF into a branded client proposal.
Most E&O claims don't start with a dramatic mistake. They start with an endorsement that was on the quote and not on the issued policy, and nobody read the 80 pages to notice. Policy Check reads them.
Policy Check
Upload the expiring policy, the carrier quote and the issued policy. The fourth source, your own AMS record, comes from the system automatically. Findings come back ranked critical to low, and each one cites the page it came from. The list is a work queue: every finding resolves by writing it back to the record, raising it with the carrier, fixing it by hand, or dismissing it. When the carrier needs to fix the issued policy, the change-request email is already drafted.
Proposal Builder
Carrier quote PDF in, branded client proposal out. Limits, deductibles, fees and class codes are extracted from the quote. Surplus-lines tax and fees are calculated from your own rate table. The review screen shows the same numbers the rendered document does, so what you approve is what the client gets. Producers still correct a fee or add a service charge when they need to; that's the part that stays human.
Loss Runs, with citations
Loss Runs and Proposals now cite the source page for every extracted value, the same way PrismCompare does. A reviewer checks the finding against the page rather than trusting the model.
