Data Layer: keep your current AMS and run PrismAMS beside it
A unified data lake reads the incumbent system and projects clients and policies into a PrismAMS tenant, nightly and on demand. First production book: over ten thousand clients and thirty-five thousand policies from AMS360.
Not every agency can cut over in a weekend. The Data Layer is the path for agencies that keep their current AMS for now and want PrismAMS on the side: the appetite search, the AI workflows, the reporting and the CRM, running against a live copy of the book.
The lake reads the incumbent system, keeps provenance per source so a record that came from two places stays traceable to both, and projects clients and policies into the tenant's own tables. Matching is by source link and content hash, carriers are created by name, and line and status vocabularies are mapped from the source system's. The first production book, more than ten thousand clients and thirty-five thousand policies from AMS360, projected in and now refreshes nightly.
The Data Layer page in the app shows what has been projected, and the same path is how a full migration is staged and verified before cutover.
