Every agency has one system nobody has built an integration for. The API integrations layer lets you connect PrismAMS to any REST API from inside the app: define the connection, map the fields, and hand it to the automation engine. It joins the existing REST API, webhooks and Microsoft 365 connections, so integration runs in both directions.
The automation engine underneath it became industry-agnostic in the same release. It is driven by a per-business profile, so the same engine that starts an onboarding checklist for a new hire can run an insurance renewal sequence or an association dues reminder.
