Send a saved form for signature straight from the record
The forms you send every time someone joins or signs up now go out from their record, with the first signer already filled in, and what is still outstanding shows in the same place.
Saved layouts already meant you place the signature fields on a form once. The missing half was getting that form to a particular person without going back to the eSign screen and typing their details again.
How it works
- A Membership forms card on the record lists everything sent, who it is waiting on, and what has been signed.
- Send for signature asks two things: which saved form, and who signs it. The first signer is already filled in from the record's primary contact.
- Forms with two signers, like a second named insured, ask for both. The second one is deliberately left blank rather than guessed at.
- The document type comes from the saved form, so the check on what may be signed electronically still runs on every send.
Associations get their own document type, Membership application or agreement, so joining paperwork no longer has to be filed as an insurance application.
