Notes on every record, a full email history, test sends, and contracts that roll to the next term
Every client, person and membership now has an internal notes section and a list of every email we sent them. Drip and campaign emails carry a compliant footer with your address and an opt-out link, you can email any step to yourself before it goes live, and a renewed contract rolls to its next term in one click.
Three things association staff asked for after living in the system for a few weeks: a place to leave a note on a record that members never see, a list of everything a member has received from us, and a way to see a campaign email the way a member sees it before it goes out.
- Notes on every record: a Notes card on the client, the person and the membership. Add a note, pin it to the top, edit or delete your own. A note on a person or a membership also shows on their organization. Internal only.
- Emails sent: renewal reminders, invoices, event confirmations, member hub invites, drip steps and campaigns are logged on the record the moment they go out, with the subject, who it went to and where it came from.
- Send test to me: in the drip campaign builder, email any step to yourself exactly as a member would get it, with the sender signature, the footer and the opt-out link, marked [TEST].
- Compliant footers: every drip and campaign email now ends with your office name and postal address, why the person is receiving it, and an unsubscribe link. Anyone who opted out of marketing never gets a drip email either.
- One owner for renewal reminders: choose in Settings whether the built-in reminder series or your own drip campaigns send renewal reminders. Only one of them sends.
- Contracts: Mark renewed rolls the end and renewal dates to the next term, resets the reminders and keeps the previous term in the contract's history. Dismiss a reminder when you have handled it.
- Signed forms: attach or move a signed envelope to the right record from the eSign list, and see the signed PDF on the membership record.
