My Tech Stack: your whole technology inventory, contracts and budget in one place

Most agencies know roughly what they pay for technology and almost never know when each contract can be cancelled. My Tech Stack fixes both. It starts with an inventory of everything you pay for, not just software: phones, internet, the copier lease, IT support, the website. Then it does the work you would not get to.

• Three ways to build the inventory: tick what you use from a list of common tools, paste any list you already have (a card statement, a spreadsheet column, a sentence) and we sort it into rows, or add tools one at a time.
• Every tool carries its contract: term, notice period, last day to cancel, price escalator, how it is paid, the vendor contact, and the signed agreement itself. Upload the agreement and we read the terms out of it; you check every value before saving.
• Renewals and contracts: one calendar ordered by the date that matters, and an email to your admins 14 days before the last day to cancel on anything that auto-renews.
• Alternatives on every tool: what else is in the catalog for that category, with the price difference against what you pay today, and a one-click ask for a quote.
• Stack health: a grade built from coverage of the core categories, how complete the records are, renewal risk and whether tools were reviewed this year, with findings like idle seats, auto-renewals with no notice period, and unhappy tools about to roll.
• Technology budget: one click drafts next year from the inventory at contracted prices, adds the core categories you are missing at a floor price, and shows the plan by month, by category, per person and as a share of revenue. Edit it, add projects, export it.
• A printable Technology Stack Report with all of the above, for a partner, a bookkeeper or a board.
