Contacts by organization, one master search, and benefits that match the member type

Association staff now see every organization with its people underneath, member or not, search members and contacts from one box at the top, and the member hub shows each member only the benefits their member type actually gets.

Associations keep two kinds of records that used to live in two unrelated lists: the members, and everyone else. They are the same organizations. A member who lapses is still the same agency with the same people, invoices and history, so the record should not move or change shape. Now it does not.

  • Contacts opens on By organization: each organization with its people underneath, a Member, Former member or Non-member tag on the row, filters for non-members, members or everyone, and organizations or individuals. The table header stays put while you scroll.
  • Every organization has one Primary contact, badged on the person and changed with one click. The membership's renewal recipient follows it.
  • The search box at the top reaches members, organizations and people in one go, with a drop-down to narrow it. Organizations are tagged member or non-member right in the results, and a person opens on their own record.
  • Member benefits respect the member type everywhere: the member hub, the staff preview of a member's hub, and benefit packages all apply the same rule, so an agency member no longer sees the partner tier's benefits.
  • Benefits Hub has a new Used by agency view: which members have used which benefits, the value used, and the ones who have used nothing yet, with a CSV download.

Also: Memberships opens on active members by default, and the words Companies and Households no longer appear for associations; they read Organizations.
