Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox
Sign in once with your own Microsoft 365 account and your Inbox and Sent Items sync into PrismAMS. Search by person, subject or date range, read the whole thread, and have a reply drafted straight into your Outlook Drafts. Nothing sends without you.
Most of the work in people operations lives in email. Now that mail can sit next to the rest of your workspace. Open Mail in the Work section, click Connect Microsoft 365, and sign in with your own account. PrismAMS pulls the last ninety days of your Inbox and Sent Items and keeps them in sync every five minutes.
What you can do
- Search your mailbox by words, by who was on the thread, and by date range, in one box.
- Read a whole conversation in one place, with a link back to the message in Outlook.
- Tell it what a reply should say and it writes the draft into your Outlook Drafts. You read it, edit it, and send it from Outlook.
- Your mail is yours: only you see it unless you choose to share the connection with your team.
It works with any Microsoft 365 organization that lets you sign in to connected apps. Disconnect any time from the Mail page and the synced copy is removed.
