PrismWatch: install in two minutes, enrolled to your workspace
PrismWatch, the activity monitor that learns how someone works so we can automate it, now installs from a link with a one-time code. Each night the day's activity arrives in your workspace; screenshots stay on the PC unless you say otherwise.
Automation starts with knowing what people actually do all day. PrismWatch records which app and window someone is in, the page they are on, the form field they are working in (never what they type), and reads the text off their screen on the PC itself. Until now it was a hand install for one machine.
What shipped
- Enroll a person by email from Data & Tools, PrismWatch. You get a one-time code and can email the install link and code in one click.
- A Windows installer that needs no admin rights. First run asks for the code and email, then shows exactly what it records and asks for consent before recording anything.
- Every night the day's activity list and screen text upload to your workspace. Screenshot images stay on the PC unless you turn image upload on for that device.
- Device health at a glance: last seen, paused or recording, active time today, days uploaded. Revoke a device any time.
Password managers, banking and sign-in pages are always excluded, the person can pause from the tray at any time, and recording stops when the screen locks.
