eSignature: saved layouts for the forms you send every week

Place the signature and date fields on a form once, save the layout, and the next send is upload, apply, send. Built for the forms that never change, like a lost policy release.

Most agencies have a handful of forms that go out for signature over and over and always look the same. Placing the same fields by hand every time is busywork, so now you do it once.

What shipped

  • Save layout on the Place Fields screen keeps the placed fields and the signer slots as a named layout for your agency.
  • Apply layout drops those fields onto a freshly uploaded copy of the form, creating a signer slot for each role. Fill in the names and send.
  • Start from this on the Prepare screen opens the layout's sample document straight away, so a blank form that never changes needs no upload at all.
  • The layout remembers the document type, so Review and Send is already filled in.
  • Layouts are per agency, and deleting one never touches envelopes already sent.

Forms that vary by carrier, like supplementals and TRIA forms, still work the way they did: drop the PDF in, place the fields, send. Layouts are for the ones that repeat.
