Committees, resource folders and clickable reports

Adding people to lists and committees is search-first and never trips over a colleague, each person's record has a switch per list, the resource library has subject folders you can limit by member type or keep for staff, and report results link to the record.

A round of fixes and additions for association staff who run committees, share documents with members, and live in reports.

  • Lists and committees: Add people searches by name, company or email and adds with one click. Two people from the same agency can sit on the same list, and someone you removed can be added back. Remove has an Undo.
  • Board of Directors and Executive Committee are list kinds you can pick when you create a list, or switch an existing committee to in its Settings.
  • Every person's record lists all your committees and lists with an on/off switch, the ones they're on first.
  • Resource library: folders can hold subfolders by subject, and a folder can be limited to members of certain member types or kept staff only. Members see the folders they're allowed into, nested, in their hub.
  • A single document can be marked staff only for internal reference. It never shows in the member hub and its share link is off.
  • Report results: names, companies, emails and account numbers link to the person, company or membership record.
  • Membership invoices show the member type, the dues tier and the states the membership covers. Checking states on a new membership picks the matching state-count tier.
  • Archiving a chapter asks where its members should move, so they don't drop out of a state.
