Receipts for online card payments, and staff alerts for disputes and declined cards
A member who pays dues or an event registration by card now gets a receipt straight away, and staff can subscribe to be told about chargebacks and failed online payments.
- Two new notifications under Settings > Notifications > Billing: Online payment receipt (dues), which attaches the paid invoice, and Online payment receipt (event registration). Edit the wording like any other notification.
- Payments staff record by hand do not send a receipt; the Email invoice button still covers those.
- Settings > Notifications > Staff notifications has two new Billing/Finance alerts you can subscribe to: Payment dispute and Online card payment failed.
- The Licensing and Compliance reports list now always shows who files each report, and the summary says how many open reports are filed by you versus a vendor or supplier.
