They're stored privately and used only for your console and, if you ask us to shop one, for that review. Remove a contract and we delete the document. You can also ask us to delete everything.

Treat them as a strong first draft. Software reads them from your document, and you should check them against your copy. Reminders are a convenience, not legal notice, so keep your own record of any deadline that matters.
Who sees a contract if I ask you to shop it?
Our team and the provider partners we use to price alternatives. You tick a box that says exactly that before anything is sent, and you can say no to any option we bring back.
Can my colleagues see it?
Yes, once they sign in with an email at the same company domain. Personal and webmail addresses only ever see their own.
